Healthy Breaded ‘n Baked Zucchini Chips

A recipe low in fat, the breaded and baked zucchini recipe is ideal if you’re looking to shed some pounds. And its easy to prepare. Here are the directions for a meal to serve four.

Ingredients:
“2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 ” slices
1 egg, mixed with
2 tablespoons milk
1 clove smashed garlic
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ”

Directions:
1. Beat the egg in a bowl and add in the milk while stirring continuously to make a thick paste
3. Add the garlic and stir to mix
4. Allow to set for 15 to 20 minutes
5. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
6. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley. Turn so the mix evenly
7 Take the zucchini slices and dip in the egg mixture so it gets fully coated
8. Spray a baking sheet with oil and place the baking sheet in the oven
9. Bake for around 15 minutes, turning to ensure both sides of the zucchini slices turn brown
10. Take out and serve hot
